Excellent customer service from the initial booking to the service call. Imagine when I called High Efficiency, I actually got to speak with a real human being on the phone instead of being put on hold forever. A senior service tech (Jason) was sent out the next morning. Jason was very knowledgeable and took the time to accurately diagnose the issue with our AC system and was able to fix it on the spot! From the time I called to the time the AC was up and running smoothly was less than 24hrs. Great experience. Highly recommend.

We have had a problem with a Carrier Furnace for quite some time. It would simply go off. We would reboot it and it would go for a week and then it might do the same thing. We searched on the internet for help. When searching for a Carrier service company we came upon High Efficiency. They had good reviews - but mostly they sold Carrier Furnaces. When we called the office, we were referred to a service rep. Jason understood what we were dealing with, had fixed a similar problem. He came and first checked the furnace, that didn't fix the problem. He then decided to replace some parts which could be causing the problem. It solved the problem. Not only great service, but nice people to deal with. We have a new company to service our furnace and air conditioning. Happy to speak to this company's good service and knowledge of the product they sell.

Super efficient service! From first call to this company asking about my condo's HVAC problem, to the time they scheduled the visit and fixed the issue, all within 24 hrs. Technician Harry had excellent knowledge in the field, and didn't give up fixing the unit which is very difficult to deal with. Very reasonable price. Strongly recommend this company!!

I had a new furnace installed a few months ago. I shopped around before finding High efficiency and spoke with Charton. He was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about their products and services and walked me thru the process of qualifying for the energy rebate. Installation and quick and smooth. Recently, the furnace flashed error code High Efficiency sent out a service technician Jason the next day. Again, very courteous professional service from Jason. He ran some test and made a few adjustments and quickly resolved the issue. Overall, I highly recommend this company for their excellent customer service and competitive pricing.

Awesome service not only at the time on installation but also when I called yesterday about an issue and they came promptly. Jay was great and very professional and knowledgeable.
